What stays on your device.

Nice Tools is built to do the work in your browser. This page says what leaves that browser, and what does not.

Tools and files

Figures you type into a calculator stay in the page. Image tools read a file locally, redraw it, and offer a download. Those files are not uploaded.

A few tools request public data. The crypto scanner asks for market prices. The username checker asks Instagram, TikTok, and X whether a name looks taken. Those requests do not include a password, a seed phrase, or a private key. Prompt text in the token counter and the prompt library stays in this browser.

Closing the tab clears the figures, unless your own browser has kept the page.

On this device

Light or dark mode is saved in local storage, under the name nb-theme. Tools you pin in the workspace are saved the same way, on this device. Clearing site data in the browser removes both.

Visits

The production site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. A page view and a performance measurement can be recorded when you visit the live site. The site also loads Contentsquare, which can record how a visit moves through a page. Local development does not record the Vercel measurements.

There is no account attached to a visit. Log in on this site is a preview. It does not create an account or store a password.

Contact

If you send a note from the contact page, we receive your name, email and message so we can reply. It’s delivered to us by email through a service called Resend. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
